We’re a church for the southside of Brisbane,
near Griffith University Nathan.
We think Jesus is the greatest news you’ll ever hear. We’d love to meet you. And we’d love for you to discover Jesus or grow in him with us.
We’re a growing church family with aussies and internationals and people at all stages in discovering Jesus or following him. Each Sunday at Risen Church you’ll hear great Bible teaching that goes deep into God’s word. You can watch or listen to our sermons on Youtube.
Our church started with a vision to share the great news of Jesus with Brisbane city and the campus of Griffith University. And it’s been happening. We are for the city and for the campus, for Jesus’ sake.
During the week we gather in Gospel Community Groups to grow in knowing and following Jesus. On Sundays our Youth Group meets in the afternoon and Kids’ Church is on when parents are in church.
Everyone is welcome from any church background, so you might say, we’re non denominational!
We are part of FIEC, Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches, a young and growing denomination in Australia.
